A Long-Awaited Wedding on the Island- Emily and Evan

When it takes a boat to get to the venue, you know the wedding will be one to remember! Emily and Evan’s day was cloudy, moody and totally romantic and it also had an edgy vibe you don’t typically see– did someone say “cigar and bud bar”? Their family and friends were ferried to Grenadier Island, to a stunning cliffside ceremony, followed by cocktails and dinner in the clubhouse. I leaned into using my flash for the bulk of the evenings’ photographs and I love the energy they give off. It truly was a blur of a night, in the best kind of way!

The Gordons: A Sunny Wedding at the Parkside Inn, Perth, Ontario

Brooke and Matt’s wedding was extremely special and I will forever hold this day close to my heart. Not only are they the sweetest and possibly one of the most beautiful couples on the planet, but they also happen to be dear friends of mine. The wedding took place on a beautifully warm and sunny July afternoon in the quaint little town of Perth, Ontario. With the willow trees and the pond behind them, they said their vows in front of their closest friends and families. Cocktails and their first dance took place on the scenic patio of the Parkside Inn & Spa and everyone (myself included) drank and danced the night away in style! I enjoyed reminiscing on these photos months later, I hope you all enjoy it too!
